Payment terms

While making the reservation, you will see several payment options appear. For example, you can choose credit card payment or bank transfer. 

To finalize your reservation, you must pay the full amount within 7 days of making the reservation. If you have not completed payment while making your reservation, we will send you a payment link within 24 hours. The payment link can only be paid by credit card.

When paying by credit card or Paypal, the payment costs will be charged to you.

Cancellation conditions

Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.

Generic conditions individual and groups:

• Between 7 and 0 Day(s) before arrival: 100.00 %
• Between 21 and 8 Day(s) before arrival: 50.00 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: $50 administration fee
